Refunds Policy
At Bottled Oil we value you as our customer and we appreciate your business. It is our goal to provide exceptional customer service.
We will respond to your via email at BottledOil.@gmail.com. Every email will be responded to within 24 business hours.
If there was a error on our part we will grant a full refund, including the item price, appropriate sales taxes, plus original shipping fee within 30day of originally purchased.
Original condition: New items must be returned in their original unopened, shrink-wrapped condition.
Refunds and form of payment issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
After 30-day exchanges only up to 45 days of original date of purchase. Some items opened or solid or damage may not be accepted for refund.
